Why this matters
The usual argument for taking your car to a national chain is what happens when something goes wrong somewhere else. You had brakes done in Sacramento, the caliper fails outside Reno, and the shop that did the work is four hours away.
Being a NAPA AutoCare Center is how an independent shop answers that. The work we do here is backed by NAPA's network, not just by us — so you get a local shop that knows your car, with a warranty that does not stop at the county line.

Within 25 miles of the shop
Call us on (916) 635-7333 and bring the car back. We did the work, so we put it right.
More than 25 miles away
Call the NAPA AutoCare Warranty Administrator on 800-452-NAPA (6272) before any work is done. They will direct you to a participating shop and authorise the repair.
Keep your invoice. It is the proof of the original repair date and mileage, and it is the first thing anyone will ask for.

- Normal wear and tear — brake pads and tires wear out by design
- Damage from lack of maintenance, or from abnormal use
- Parts you supplied yourself
- Work carried out elsewhere

Tires are warranted separately
Tires carry their own manufacturer's treadwear and road-hazard warranties, which vary by brand and model rather than being covered by the NAPA warranty above. We will tell you which warranty comes with the set you are considering before you buy — see Tires or call the shop.
